Lakewood Hills Park
Lakewood Hills Park (behind the Northeast YMCA) is one of White Bear’s most scenic parks. This race is an excellent change of pace for those who have been running on the hard pavement all summer. This is race #6 of the Great White Bear Grand Prix running series.

**Only those who are registered by Thursday, July 10 are guaranteed to get their shirt on race day Registrations received on Friday and on race day will get a shirt but may have to wait and pick it up at FrontRunner, 1665 9th Street, White Bear Lake after Wednesday, July 16.
Awards for top 3 Male and female in each category: Age Group – 15 and under, 16 – 19, 20 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 and older, Clydesdales (Males over 220 lbs), and Athenas (Women over 165 lbs.). Top 2 overall male and female receive a trophy.

Online Registration Closes at Midnight Thursday, July 10. There will be race day registration. Paper registration will continue through race day. No registrations will be taken over the phone. Cash, check, VISA and Mastercard are accepted on race day.
RACE DAY INFORMATION
Friday, July 11 – Pick up your packet a day early at: FrontRunner, 1665 9th Street, White Bear Lake – Noon until 4:00 p.m.
Registration and packet pickup opens at 7:00 a.m. in the main pavilion.
5K Run and Walk starts at 8:00 a.m.
Awards – 8:45 a.m.
Timing/results info – You will receive a timing chip on an ankle strap in your race packet. This chip must be worn around your ankle (either one) and not around your arm, wrist, or on your bib strap. We will be collecting this chip at the end of the race.
Please do not leave the venue with your timing chip still around your ankle. If you unintentionally do leave with your timing chip, please mail back in your packet envelope.
Please wear your bib number on the front of your shirt/jacket
