This 10K and 5K trail run has been a favorite of many for the past 1/2 dozen years. Again this year, the 5K trail run is one of the events of the Minnesota Trail Run Series. Come enjoy a great run/walk, at one of the twin cities most beautiful parks Lake Elmo Park Reserve is a beautiful 2165 acres/3 1/2 square mile park with 80 percent of its acreage set aside for preservation and protection. Lake Elmo Park Reserve is located 1 mile north of I-94 and 2.5 miles east of I-694 at the intersection of County Road 19 (Keats Avenue No.) and County Road 10 (10th Street No.)
Age groups for everyone Age groups include 15 and under, 16 – 19, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 - 69, 70 and older, Clydesdale and Athena
Trophies to top overall Male and female in both 5K and 10K
Custom medals to top 3 in each category
Results are Chip timed - Mylaps/ChampionChip.

Entry Fee: (includes daily park pass) – 5K and 10K Prerace – $25.00 Raceday is $35.00
Double Up entry fee is $30/prerace – $40 on Raceday
