We strive to host events that are as competitive as they are fun for all those involved. Whether it be our triathlons that attract hundreds of athletes or a local 5k, you can be sure that each event will have the same level of enjoyment for our athletes. This is the 28rd year for the Run for the Apples. What started in 1986 with a group of about 60 runners has turned into one of the Twin Cities favorite runs and walk. Apple treats available to all participants after the run. This is race #4 of the Dirty 30 Trail Running Series

Before you eat that huge Thanksgiving meal…get out for a run or walk. There is plenty of parking at the Chisago Lakes Sportmans Club. The Club House will be open to take any chill off while waiting. The 33rd Annual Jump to It 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run is a Spring favorite of many. Most of the course is along the beautiful shores of White Bear Lake. The out and back course is flat and fast and has seen state records in its long history. The 10K is race #5 of the Great White Bear Grand Prix. The 10K is also race #5 for the MDRA Annual Running Series

Stockyard Days 5K and 10K and Kids Fun RunNew Brighton, Minnesota August 6, 2016

Stockyard days began in 1981 as a way to recall the early days of New Brighton as a center for the cattle industry including the stockyards, railroads, fashionable hotels and meatpacking plants.

Today, Stockyard Days is a 8-day event held throughout New Brighton. Area merchants, businesses, and hundreds of volunteers participate in the run, concerts, tournaments, a parade, street dances, a carnival, live entertainment, food sampling, fireworks, the finish line of the Antique Car Run, a car show, and the Miss New Brighton & Junior Ambassador coronation. A medallion hunt is held, thousands of commemorative buttons are sold, and numerous prizes are raffled off. Goodwill Ambassadors are selected and happy memories of times spent with family and friends are taken away!
